Trip Checklist

Download the My Disney Experience app.
Confirm your hotel reservation within the app. (If you don't have your #, reach out to Amy.)
Make sure you have a passport or Real ID for travel.
Bring your swim trunks (the pools are heated).

The My Disney App is your complete guide to your stay. You can order food, get transportation and maps, purchase Lightning Lane Passes, and get hotel information.

Park Tickets: Wait for instructions to download the tickets to your app. Once you have your tickets on your app, you can upgrade to Fast Passes.

Group Events

Wednesday: Group Dinners

Group 1: 6:00 PM - Rich will be in contact with directions to your rendezvous point. (This group consists of early arrivers and Universal attendees. Dinner will be in the Universal area.)

Group 2: 8:00 PM - After checking into the hotel, we will be taking the Minnie Shuttle Service, requested through the Disney World App, to Disney Springs for our reservation. More Information will be communicated at a later date. (This group will be for Wedesday arrivals.)

Thursday: 8:00 PM Dessert & Private Fireworks Show

This is our primary group event. It is not optional. It is also very important that everyone arrives on time. Please account for the needed travel time. Dinner will be on your own before you come. Enter via the Epcot Main Entrance or the International Gateway Entrance (depending on where you are coming from). Once you’ve entered the Park, make your way to Germany Promenade A-C (see map on this page). If you ask any Cast Member to point you to Germany, you’ll make it. That evening, you can also look for our Event Guides at Germany. Event Guides are dressed in white and navy-striped shirts, with khaki slacks/shorts, and all have light wands.

Transportation

Airport: Uber rides for you and your plus one, to and from the airport, will be covered by L&C. Please use the L&C Uber account when booking your rides. No other Uber rides will be covered.

Traveling Between Parks: Use this LINK to learn about the several modes of free transportation available to you as a Disney Resort guest.

*Any other transportation needs beyond those mentioned above are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

Meals

You will be given $300 cash to help cover meals for the duration of your experience in the parks. All meals, except the Wednesday night group dinners, are on your own.
